This application is straight forward, it will ensure the roofing work is carried out to the required standards, including potential upgrades to the roof or loft insulation, a Building Regulations Compliance Certificate will be issued upon completion. Here at Empire Roofing & Construction we will submit a Building Control Notice Application on the clients behalf, the roofing work can usually start immediately within 48 hours, once the application has been submitted.
